Any cancellation must be made in writing. Any deposit will be refunded for any cancellation occurring at least 20 days before the scheduled arrival date. After this period, the stay will be charged by 30% for any cancellation occurring between 20 and 8 days. If it is less than 8 days before the arrival date, the total amount will be fully charged.

On the day of the arrival, the keys will be delivered to the guest from 3pm to 7pm. However, we would be grateful if you would notify us for any late arrivals and departures.

On the day of departure, we will ask you to check out of the apartment no later than 10am.
